The Directors announce the retirement of Sir Robin McLaren as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2009.

Sir Robin has been a Director since August 1998 and the other Directors wish to thank him for his service to the Company and for the insights and experience which he has brought to the Board for the benefit of the Company's shareholders.
