As required by the UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company advises of the following change to the information disclosed in respect of the Board of Directors. 

Claire Boyle will become chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 October 2019.  Kevin Pakenham will remain the senior independent chairman.
