Subscription Shares - Notice of Suspension

As announced by the Company on 23 December 2016, the final date for the exercise of the rights attaching to the Company's subscription shares (the "Subscription Shares") is 30 December 2016 (the "Final Subscription Date").Following the passing of the Final Subscription Date, the Company has requested that the UK Listing Authority suspend the listing of the Subscription Shares from 7.30 am on 3 January 2017, with the listing of the Subscription Shares to be cancelled in due course.

To the extent holders of Subscription Shares did not elect to exercise their Subscription Share rights by the Final Subscription Date, a trustee (the "Final Subscription Trustee") has been appointed over the outstanding Subscription Shares. In accordance with the Subscription Share terms, the Final Subscription Trustee will decide whether or not to exercise the outstanding Subscription Share Rights within 14 days of the Final Subscription Date, such period expiring at close of business on 16 January 2017. A further announcement will be made in respect of the trustee's decision to exercise such rights in due course.

Capitalised terms shall have the same meaning set out in the Articles unless otherwise defined.
