Sale of Treasury Shares

The Company announces that it has sold 150,000 Ordinary shares out of Treasury at a price of 403.75p per share.

Following this sale of treasury shares, the Company holds 1,557,328 Ordinary shares  in treasury.  The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 38,569,941, with each Ordinary share holding one voting right.  There are also 7,196,498 Subscription shares of 0.01 pence, with no voting rights, in issue.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 38,569,941 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
