ACM European Enhanced Income Fund PLC

The interim dividend for the three months to 31 March 2002 will be 1.20 p per
share to be paid on 30 April 2002 to shareholders on the register at 26 April
2002.

This represents a reduced level of dividend compared with previous quarterly
dividends, to reflect reduced income arising from the underlying portfolio as
currently constituted. The portfolio is currently invested 43.7 per cent in
investment grade securities (including cash) and 56.3 per cent in high yield
fixed income securities.
