Pemberton, a director of the Company, had purchased 330 of the Company's
ordinary shares on 29 July 2002 at a price of 209.5p per share through a PEP
account, the Company has today been informed that Mr Leigh Pemberton actually
purchased 3,300 and not 330 ordinary shares. All other information remains as
originally stated.
