Director Responsibilities

The Company announces that due to health issues and until further notice, Jo Dixon has temporarily stepped down from her position as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Company with immediate effect.  In the interim period, the Company's Audit Committee will be chaired by Jeremy Tigue.   

Jo will remain on the Board of the Company.
