Second Interim Dividend for the year to 30 September 2018

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc announces that it is declaring a second interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2018 of 1.31 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 31 March 2018.

The second interim dividend will be paid on 27 July 2018 to shareholders on the register on 29 June 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 28 June 2018.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 6 July 2018.

In line with good corporate governance, the Board puts forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
