First Interim Dividend for the year to 30 September 2018

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc announces that it is declaring a first interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2018 of 1.31 pence per share on the ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 31 December 2017.

The first interim dividend will be paid on 29 March 2018 to shareholders on the register on 16 March 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 15 March 2018.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 20 March 2018.

In line with good corporate governance the Board has put forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 March 2018.
