Declaration of Third Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2019 of 2.25p per Ordinary share of No Par Value (2018: 2.25p).  The third interim dividend will be payable on 15 November 2019 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 25 October 2019, ex-dividend date 24 October 2019.

The Board has now declared three interim dividends of 2.25p per Ordinary share in respect of the year to 31 December 2019 and, in line with 2018, a decision on the level of the fourth interim dividend will be made following the year end, in January 2020.

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Link Asset Services, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP will be 25 October 2019.
