Announcement of Second Interim Dividend

In accordance with the expectation stated in the Prospectus dated 28 November
2005 to pay an annual yield of 4.5% based on the issue price of 100p, the
Company has today announced a second interim dividend in respect of the
accounting reference period ended 31 December 2006 of 2.5p (2006 n/a) which will
be payable on 21 February 2007 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 2
February 2007, provisional ex dividend date 31 January 2007.
