Renewal of Revolving Credit Facility

The Company announces that it has renewed its £40,000,000 revolving credit facility (the "Facility") currently with Scotiabank Ireland Designated Activity Company ("SIDAC"), with Scotiabank Europe PLC ("Scotia") for 1 year. The Facility is in addition to the existing £10,000,000 fixed rate term loan facility with Scotia, which is due to mature in March 2021.

HKD212.5 million and US$ 7.16m has been drawn down under the Facility at all-in rates of 3.13774% and 2.2135% respectively. Taking account of the existing £10,000,000 fixed rate loan, the Company's total gearing currently amounts to the equivalent of £37.9 million or 11.7% of the net asset value of the Company (based on unaudited net assets as at the close of business on 8 April 2020).
