Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2010 of 2.25p per share (2010: n/a).  The four quarterly dividends paid or payable in respect of the year to 31 December 2010, therefore total 6.0p. This represents an increase of 20%, from 5p per share, on the total dividends in respect of the year to 31 December 2009. The fourth interim dividend will be payable on 18 February 2011 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 21 January 2011, ex dividend date 19 January 2011.

In respect of the year ending 31 December 2011 and in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Board expects to declare three quarterly dividends of 1.5p per Ordinary share with the fourth interim to be determined in early 2012.
