Aberdeen Asian Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC
Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that the nine resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting held on 25 November 2004 were all duly passed.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Warrantholders was not quorate,
accordingly, that meeting has been adjourned to 12 noon on Wednesday 15
December 2004 at One Bow Churchyard, London EC4M 9HH.
