Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Martin Gilbert, who is a non-executive director of the Company, and Mr Hugh Young, who is an alternate director to Mr Gilbert, were both appointed as directors of Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux), a Luxembourg domiciled undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS), with effect from 22 August 2016.
