In compliance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.1.3, Standard Life plc ('the Company') confirms that the Annual report and accounts 2015, the 2015 Strategic report and financial highlights and the 2016 AGM guide (including the Notice of Meeting) are available on the Company's website www.standardlife.com

The mailing to shareholders of the Annual report and accounts 2015 or the 2015 Strategic report and financial highlights and the AGM documents has commenced.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company confirms that copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, via the National Storage Mechanism ('NSM'):

- Annual report and accounts 2015

- 2015 Strategic report and financial highlights

- 2016 AGM guide (including Notice of Meeting)

The documents will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm

In compliance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2, the Company confirms that no changes have been proposed to the Company's Articles of Association.

The Company confirms that the cancellation of the Company's capital redemption reserve (Resolution 6) has been proposed as a matter of balance sheet management and in order to create additional distributable reserves. The proposed cancellation is subject to the confirmation of the Court of Session. Further information is set out in the 2016 AGM guide.

The Company announced its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on 19 February 2016.  That announcement included the full Annual report and accounts 2015.
