Each individual also received from the Company 10 free shares (except Mr Iannicelli who received the right to acquire 13 matching shares at a future date) in accordance with the share purchase matching commitment under the Share Plan.
The right granted to Mr Iannicelli in February 2008 to acquire matching shares at a future date vested on 25 February 2011, and as a result he acquired a further 11 matching shares on 25 February 2011.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.4 (R).
