The Awards granted yesterday will vest on 20 April 2012, but only to the extent that certain performance criteria based on return on capital and total shareholder return are satisfied by the Company over a three-year performance period which commenced on 1 January 2009.  Further information is available in the Company's remuneration report for the year ended 31 December 2008.  Once vested, an Award may be exercised in the 6 months thereafter.  No consideration is payable on the grant or vesting of the Awards.

This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.4 (R).
