Tony Best, currently Executive Chairman will become Non-Executive Chairman. Tony will continue to provide expertise and support to the Company's development team.

Tony Best, Chairman said:

"With the Company in good shape, in which so much has been achieved in the past 30 years, most notably in the last 4 years since the Company listed on AIM and under a very capable management led by Tim, I have steadily been able to take a less active role in the Company. I will continue to provide support and assistance to the business, albeit on a reduced level."
