Mr Levy has a very strong technology background and joins from Amdocs Limited where he was President of Western Europe, Central and Latin America Business Unit. Amdocs is a public company traded on the New York Stock Exchange and provides software and services to the world's largest companies in the communications, broadband cable and satellite industries. Mr Levy holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.15, it is confirmed that there are no details to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13. In addition, as of 18 June 2006, Shay Ben-Yitzhak, founding shareholder, will step down from his executive role but will remain on the Board as a non-Executive Director.
