888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment companies, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Gigi Levy who will join the Board as
Chief Operating Officer with effect from 18 June 2006 reporting to the Chief
Executive Officer .

Mr Levy has a very strong technology background and joins from Amdocs Limited
where he was President of Western Europe, Central and Latin America Business
Unit. Amdocs is a public company traded on the New York Stock Exchange and
provides software and services to the world's largest companies in the
communications, broadband cable and satellite industries. Mr Levy holds an MBA
from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.15, it is confirmed that there are no
details to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
Commenting on Mr Levy's appointment, John Anderson, Chief Executive Officer of
888 said:

'Our industry will experience rapid changes over the next two to three years and
to execute our global growth strategy successfully we need to have the very best
management team in place. The appointment of Gigi strengthens our already
excellent Board even further.

In addition, as of 18 June 2006, Shay Ben-Yitzhak, founding shareholder, will
step down from his executive role but will remain on the Board as a
non-Executive Director.

Richard Kilsby, Chairman added:

I am delighted that Shay Ben-Yitzhak has agreed to remain on the Board in a
non-Executive capacity and the company can continue to benefit from his guidance
and counsel. I would like to express on behalf of the Board and all at the
