The 600 Group PLC announces that, in conformity with the Transparency
Directive's provision 6, its issued share capital consists of 56,850,861
ordinary shares of 25p each, alt with voting rights.

The above figure of 56,850,861 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to
