                          Response to PGT Statement


The Board has noted the announcement by Precision Technology Group Ltd ("PGT")
on 5 October 2007 and can confirm that it rejected the approach from PGT.

No discussions are currently taking place with PGT, however, the Board notes
that PGT is considering its position.  The Board remains confident in the
Company's strategy and growth prospects and urges shareholders to take no action
at the current time.
