The 600 Group PLC announces that it has been notified on 28 May 2003 pursuant to
section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that, following the sale of 2,725,000
shares on 27 May 2003, Montpellier Group Plc no longer has an interest in the
ordinary 25p share capital of the Company.
