The 600 Group PLC announces that Mr J R Fussey, a director of the Company, has
today acquired 18,164 ordinary shares of 25p in the Company at 46.08p each
following the exercise of options granted to him on 18 December 2000 under
The 600 Group PLC 2000 Sharesave Scheme. Mr Fussey's total holding is now 28,164
shares.
