The 600 Group PLC announces that Mr J A Kitchen, a director of the Company, has
today notified the Company that he has purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 25p
in the Company at 41.48p each on 10 February. Mr Kitchen's total holding is now
17,000 shares.
