The 600 Group PLC announces that Mr A R Sweeten, the Group Chief Executive, has
today notified the Company that he has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p
in the Company at 38p each on 22 November 2002 and that Mr J R Fussey, the Group
Finance Director, has today notified the Company that he has purchased 10,000
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company on 22 November 2002, also at a price
of 38p each. Mr Sweeten's total holding is 150,054 shares and Mr Fussey's total
holding is 10,000 shares.
