Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from Gartmore Investment Management
plc, on behalf of itself, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global
Partners, informing it that following a sale of 299,855 shares on 25th November
2005, they now have a reportable interest in 2,615,642 Ordinary Shares,
representing 10.44% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
