The Company received a notification today from SVG Investment Managers Limited
dated 7 June 2005 informing it that SVG Capital plc and SVG Investment Managers
Limited and SVG Investment Funds (Dublin) plc have an overall aggregate interest
in 2,525,000 shares representing 10.08% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
