Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification from SVG Capital plc on behalf of itself and
SVG Investment Managers Limited, SVG Investment Funds (Dublin) plc and certain
holding companies, informing it that they have an overall aggregate interest in
2,115,000 shares representing 8.44% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
