Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification from Gartmore Investment Management plc, on
behalf of itself, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners,
informing it that following a purchase of 35,000 shares at £2.20 on 29th April
2005, they now have a notifiable interest in 2,841,533 Ordinary Shares,
representing 11.346% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
