Notification under Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification on 26 October 2006 from Gartmore Investment
Management plc, on behalf of Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers
Limited and Gartmore Global Partners, informing it that by virtue of a sale of
525,000 shares on 24 October 2006, they now have a total aggregate interest in
9.94% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
