Notification under Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification on 6 October 2006 from Gartmore Investment
Management plc, on behalf of Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers
Limited and Gartmore Global Partners, informing it that due to a purchase of
5525,000 shares on 4 October 2006, they now have a total aggregate interest in
3,015,312 shares representing 11.89% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
