Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification dated 19 April 2006 from Gartmore Investment
Management plc, on behalf of Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers
Limited and Gartmore Global Partners, informing it that due to a sale of 88,341
shares on 18 April 2006, they no longer have a reportable interest as there
aggregate discretionary holding is now 9.72% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
