Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from Gartmore Investment Management
plc, on behalf of itself, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global
Partners, informing it that due to a purchase of 15,000 shares on 6 April 2006,
they now have a reportable interest in 2,518,436 shares representing 10.056% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
