Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification from Aviva plc, on behalf of itself, and
Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc), informing it that
following a purchase of 1,010,000 shares on 18 August 2005, they have a material
interest in 1,010,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.03% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
