Notification of Major Interests in Shares


The Company received a notification on 21 August 2006 from Aviva plc, on behalf
of Aviva plc and its subsidiaries, informing it that following various trades on
18 August 2006, they now have a beneficial interest in 618,375 Ordinary Shares,
representing 2.47% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Consequently
they no longer have a notifiable interest in the Company.
