Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company received Notification on 1 August 2007 from Mr. K.J.Minton, a
Director of the Company informing it that on 1 August 2007 he exercised options
over 200,000 shares.

On the same date, Mr. K.J.Minton was granted a further 200,000 shares in the
Company and sold 100,000 shares, such sale being for the purpose of meeting part
of the tax liability arising from the exercise and grant.

As a result, Mr. K.J.Minton's total interest in the Company is 800,000 shares
representing 3.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
