Bemrose  Corporation plc ('Bemrose'), announces that  Non
Executive   Board  Director  Brian  Ford   has   resigned
following  the  AGM, with effect from  22  May  2000,  as
previously announced in the preliminary results in March.

The Board would like to thank Brian for his six valuable
