   4imprint Group plc wins $3million contract with Union Planters Corporation

4imprint Group plc, the leading global distributor of imprinted promotional
products, today announces that it has won a significant contract with Union
Planters Corporation in the USA. This three-year contract is estimated to be
worth $1 million to 4imprint annually.

Union Planters Corporation is a $32billion, multi-state bank holding company for
the Union Planters Bank and other subsidiary banking companies. The Corporation
is the largest bank holding company headquartered in Tennessee and is one of the
30 largest bank holding companies headquartered in the United States, employing
12,000 people.  The Union Planters Corporation is also ranked 489 in the Fortune
500(R).

4imprint is supplying items to Union Planters for a promotional programme
throughout the Corporation's subsidiary companies.  The products to be supplied
include apparel, writing instruments and desktop items.
