3i Infrastructure plc ("The Company") announces that it has been notified by 3i Group plc that 3i Group has exercised its entire holding of 32,500,000 warrants in the Company. 3i Group's shareholding is now 301,295,212 ordinary shares, or 35.29% of the Company's total ordinary shares in issue.
