On 18 February 2010, 3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") was notified that on 18 February 2010 Peter Sedgwick, a non-executive Director of the Company, transferred 49,653 ordinary shares in the Company to a joint account held with his wife in the name of Mr P & Mrs C Sedgwick.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
