The following replaces the Timetable of half-year results announcement released at 11.47 on 3 November 2010 under RNS No 5466V.

A correction has been made to the date of the Meeting of the Committee of the Board of 3i Group plc at which the half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2010 are due to be approved. The correct date is Wednesday 10 November 2010 and not Tuesday 9 November 2010 as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

Timetable for half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2010

The Meeting of the Committee of the Board of 3i Group plc at which the half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2010 and the interim dividend are due to be approved has been convened for the afternoon of Wednesday 10 November 2010.  

The results will be released by notification to the London Stock Exchange before 8.00am on Thursday 11 November 2010. 

The expected financial calendar is then as follows:

Interim dividend record date: 10 December 2010

Interim dividend payment date: 12 January 2011
