Notice re £430,000,000 3.625 per cent. convertible bonds due 2011 (ISIN: XS0364710425) (the 'Bonds').

Notice is hereby given that the reference to '(pence)', in the table setting out the Conversion Price following a change of control at the end of Condition 6(b)(x) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the 'Conditions'), has been changed to '(£)'.

The Trustee has consented to the change in accordance with Clause 14.1 of the Trust Deed in order to correct a manifest error. 

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Conditions.
