New 3i committed facility

3i has entered into a new £250m Multicurrency Forward Start Facility which will commence 20 September 2010 and mature 31 October 2012. Lead arrangers on the transaction were Lloyds TSB, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Societe Generale, arrangers were Commerz Bank AG, London Branch, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS Ltd.
