3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2010 AGM  

3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that all the resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM dated 12 May 2010 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 7 July 2010.  These included resolutions 15 to 21, inclusive, which constituted special business.

Two copies of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business were submitted to the UK Listing Authority today for publication through the Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
