3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2009 AGM  

3i Group plc (the 'Company') announces that all the resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM dated 8 May 2009 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 8 July 2009.  These included resolutions 10 to 15, inclusive, which constituted special business.

Two copies of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business were submitted to the UK Listing Authority today for publication through the Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
