2006 Kathy Murray, a person connected with Jo Taylor, a person discharging
managerial responsibility  ('PDMR'), sold 1050 Ordinary Shares of 53 1/8p
in the Company at 940.00p per share.  The transaction took place on the London
Stock Exchange.



This notification relates to a transaction notified to the Company in accordance
with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2 R and section 324 (as extended by section 328) of the
Companies Act 1985.
