On 3 August 2009 the Company was notified that on 30 July 2009 Michael Queen, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 55,001 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company following the vesting of an award under The 3i Group Deferred Bonus Plan.  The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
