Pursuant to the rules of The 3i Group Performance Share Plan, on 12 November 2008 the following individual, being a Director / person discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') of 3i Group plc (the 'Company'), was granted an award over ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ('Shares') in the Company by the Trustee of the 3i Group Employee Trust as detailed against her name below:
