2007 K A Murray, a connected person of A J M Taylor, a person discharging
managerial responsibilities  ('PDMR'), sold 2,150 ordinary shares of 62 69/88p
each in the Company at 1066p per share.  The transaction took place on the
London Stock Exchange.
